Aerox Acquires N23D Services
Expands FAA-PMA Oxygen and Compressed Gas Cylinder Product Lines
| Aerox® Aerospace Group, the parent company of aviation oxygen specialists Aerox® Aviation Oxygen Systems, Omnigas Systems, Inc., and Aerox® Fluid Power, has recently announced its acquisition of N23D Services, LLC a provider of value-added FAA-PMA aftermarket gas cylinders for aerospace oxygen and compressed gas systems catering to commercial aviation, business aviation, and military customers. The acquisition of N23D Services solidifies Aerox‘s commitment to delivering comprehensive aviation oxygen solutions to the global aerospace industry. Aerox® specializes in oxygen systems engineering and manufacturing for leading airframe manufacturers, aero-medical interiors manufacturers, and other oxygen systems integrators. Following Aerox’s acquisition of Omnigas Systems earlier this year, the addition of N23D Services further enhances Aerox‘s capabilities to support a broader in-service fleet and a wider range of oxygen system manufacturers. “We are confident that our acquisition of N23D Services will enhance our ability to serve the needs of our common customer base.” stated Scott E. Aerox® also announced that N23D executive Paul Mira has joined Aerox® as Quality Manager, N23D. This acquisition marks the fifth for Aerox® Aerospace Group, following the acquisition of Aerox® Aviation Oxygen Systems in 2020, Sky-Ox® Aviation Oxygen in 2022, Fluid Power, Inc. in 2023, and Omnigas Systems, Inc in 2025.
